House of the Dragon Season 2 Release Date Announced
Premiere Set for June 16th, 2024
Season to Conclude in Early August with Eight Episodes
HBO has officially announced the release date and details for the highly anticipated second season of "House of the Dragon." The prequel series to "Game of Thrones" will premiere on Sunday, June 16th, 2024 at 9:00 PM CST on HBO and HBO Max.
Season 2 will consist of eight episodes, each airing weekly on HBO and Max. The season is expected to conclude in early August 2024.
The announcement comes as part of a larger reveal from Warner Bros. Discovery streaming and gaming boss JB Perrette, who confirmed that "House of the Dragon" will return in June 2024.
